* This is to inform that SFW Energia Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Gliwice, appointed the Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data. Information about the data processing

1. The administrator of your personal data is SFW Energia Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice (hereinafter referred to as "Company") with its registered office at ul. Kopalniana 2 (post code: 44-100).
2. The Company has appointed the Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data available under the following e-mail address: IODO@pl.Andersen.com.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to the enquiry send via the contact form on the Company's website.
4. Your consent, including personal data necessary to respond to your enquire and to enable contact in a way different than by email if such turns out to be necessary constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which fact, however, will not affect the legality of the previously performed data processing.
5. We do not store your data for longer than necessary. Your data will be kept for the period required by law and to secure any claims.
6. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to identify the enquiry and respond to it or take other appropriate action.
7. Only employees and associates authorized by the Company will have access to your personal data. In some situations your personal data may be disclosed by the Company to other recipients such as service and IT solutions providers for the Company.
8. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
9. You have the right to access your personal data, to correct or to complete them. You have the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to request deleting of your personal data in cases provided for by law and to limit their processing. You also have the right to receive a copy of your personal data from the Company.
10. The supervisory body for personal data protection in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You have the right to file a complaint in the event your personal data were unlawfully processed.
